Our Conference Minister is pastor and spiritual leader, as well as chief administrative officer, for our community of congregations. She is our primary representative to the larger Church.

 Conference Associate Minister for Congregational Life & Vitality: The Rev. Dr. Laurene Bowers

The Conference Associate Ministers are a primary pastoral presence for clergy and congregations. Laurene works with Congregational Vitality, New Church Starts and provides staff support to Lancaster and York associations.

Bruce is responsible for administration and development of the outdoor ministries of the Conference, particularly in relation to the management and operation of Hartman Center camp, conference and retreat facility. He also works with the youth ministry team. 

Minister of Communications: Brenda Waleff

Our Minister of Communications is responsible for all communications within the conference: website, monthly mailing, newsletters. She is the Conference Resource Center Director and oversees the Resource Consultants. She is the liaison between the national office and our conference office.

Administrative Assistant: Wendy Hepler

Our Administrative Assistant provides secretarial services for the Conference Minister and our Associate Ministers. She also works with the remittances from our congregations. All address changes should be directed to Wendy.

 Profile Secretary/Receptionist: Janice Mountain

Our receptionist is responsible for scheduling meetings for our ministry groups and keeping our master calendar updated. She also is our profile secretary and receives clergy and church profiles and works with Thom Webster, our Conference Associate Minister in placement.
