Disaster Readiness & Response
The Disaster Readiness and Response Ministry Team aims to help local congregations prepare for disasters and other emergencies and to provide support and volunteers for disaster recovery, both locally and nationally, in coordination with the UCC and other disaster response groups.
*****Jim Fowler, PCC Disaster Response Coordinator is putting together “day” work trips to Bloomsburg, PA. Parts of Bloomsburg were devastated during Tropical Storm Lee. If you never have had the time to be able to travel on a week long disaster response trip to New Orleans but want to help, this is for you.
