The Penn Central Conference of the United Church of Christ seeks a Generosity & Communication Director to work fulltime in the Harrisburg office starting at the end of March 2017. This new position reports to the Conference Minister and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to advance the Conference mission including fundraising/donor development, communication, special events, and volunteer management.
We invite applications from people with, at minimum, 5 years experience in fundraising/development (nonprofit or faith-based experience is a plus), a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus), excellent communication and organizational skills including volunteer management experience, and proficiency in website content management and social media.
